THE STORY BEHIND JECERIS
Jeceris draws its name from the Isle of Man’s historic motto:
“Quocunque Jeceris Stabit” – “Whithersoever you throw it, it will stand.”
This powerful phrase, paired with the island’s iconic Triskelion symbol — three legs in motion — represents unwavering resilience, adaptability, and strength. These values are at the heart of grappling, where athletes must respond to every twist, turn, and challenge with skill and determination. Jeceris embodies this spirit, celebrating the art of submission grappling in all its dynamic forms.
